Permit Parking Agreement

    Fill out and submit or print this form. It should be submitted to the Parking Services Office along with the Parking Permit application along with this agreement. You must come into the Parking Service Office to complete the application process and receive your parking supplies.

  3. Parking Services Office ("PSO")

  4. 1. Posted or publicized regulations pertaining to the parking facility MUST be adhered to or a parking violation ticket may be issued.

  5. 2. Parking in an area other than the area for which your permit is valid, may subject you to a parking violation ticket, hourly fees and/or a lost ticket fee. In gated facilities, parking in an area other than the area for which your permit is valid may cause your access card to not allow entry and/or exit.

  6. 3. Monthly permit payments are due at the PSO on or before the first day of each month. A $10 fee will be charged for any late payment

  7. 4. Delinquent payments may jeopardize your parking privileges. Accounts referred to a collection agency, are the responsibility of the person signing this agreement. This will include the outstanding balance and all collection costs, including attorney fees.

  8. 5. Lot permits are valid from 6:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Lot permit parkers are subject to relocation. Those in Lots 52, 53, 55 & 56 are subject to frequent relocation during special events, especially during baseball season. Notification of relocation will be a minimum of one day prior to the relocation. Permit vehicles parked in a lot subject to relocation may be ticketed and towed without further notice and incur additional fees and fines.

  9. 6. Evening lot permits are valid from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and all day weekends.

  10. 7. 24/7 lot permits are valid seven days per week, 24 hours per day.

  11. 8. Ramp permits are valid any time in the designated parking area. However, North Capitol Ramp is closed and locked evenings from 10:30 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and 24 hours on weekends.

  12. 9. Access cards and hang tags MUST be returned to the PSO to change parking facilities or to withdraw from the permit program.

  13. 10. When you wish to change parking facilities or withdraw from the permit program, you MUST return your access card or hang tag to the PSO. We recommend the access card or hang tag be returned in person or by registered mail. If you choose to withdraw from the program prior to the end of a month for which you have paid, a prorated refund will be issued to you. The refunded portion of the monthly fee will be prorated based upon the number of working days remaining in the month divided by the total number of working days in that month. Discounted parkers are NOT prorated.

  14. 11. It is important to remember that as long as the access card or hang tag has not been returned to the PSO, charges will continue to accrue for which you are responsible.

  15. 12. You may terminate this Agreement anytime by returning the permit. We may terminate this permit with 30-days written notice mailed to you, published closure of the subject facility, or upon posting notice of closure at the facility. We may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of non-payment. You acknowledge that the City is not obligated to relocate you upon notice of termination of this Agreement or closure of the subject facility.

  16. 13. A lost permits are subject to the following: a. Prox Cards will be replaced for a $10.00 fee. b. A lost Hang Tag is costly to monitor and enforce. For this reason, a new temporary hang tag will be issued to you for 50% of the regular rate if space is available. You will pay for both the original and temporary hang tag for three months. At the end of the three month period, if your original hang tag has not been located, a new hang tag will be issued to you
