The Cemetery Courtesy Office is staffed by volunteers of the Friends of Lansing's Historic Cemeteries weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Cemetery Courtesy Office is closed on city holidays.


Due to the governor's extension of the closure of public facilities, combined with the Christmas and New Year's traditional shutdowns, the Cemetery Courtesy Office will remain closed until Monday, January 4th when it will reopen at 8:00 a.m.

Lansing Municipal Cemeteries Addresses & Maps

The City of Lansing operates three municipal cemeteries; Mt. Hope Cemetery, corner of Mt Hope and Aurelius Roads, Evergreen Cemetery, on Mt. Hope approximately 2 blocks east of Aurelius Road, and North Cemetery, located on Miller Road approximately 1 block west of Pennsylvania Avenue.
