The Cemetery Courtesy Office is staffed by volunteers of the Friends of Lansing's Historic Cemeteries weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Cemetery Courtesy Office is closed on city holidays.

**Out of an abundance of caution, and to protect the health of our volunteers and the public, the Courtesy Office will be closing for 3 weeks as recommended by the health department.  The Cemetery Volunteer Courtesy Office  will close effective Wednesday, November 18 and barring any changes in the health department's guidelines, we will reopen on Thursday, December 10, 2020. We will help you remotely if we can do so by phone (517-899-1847) or by e-mail: We can access the card files database from our home computer or cell phone if you need help with records or research. Lansing Municipal Cemeteries Addresses & Maps

The City of Lansing operates three municipal cemeteries; Mt. Hope Cemetery, corner of Mt Hope and Aurelius Roads, Evergreen Cemetery, on Mt. Hope approximately 2 blocks east of Aurelius Road, and North Cemetery, located on Miller Road approximately 1 block west of Pennsylvania Avenue.
