Shopping

Greater Lansing is full of places you can tackle your latest fashion crisis, solve last minute gift needs, or just spend a relaxed day window-shopping. Downtown Lansing is the City's central business district. Extending from 496 to Old Town Lansing with Larch Street and Capitol Avenue to the East and West, downtown Lansing contains a wide variety of more than 1,000 businesses, including galleries, retail stores and restaurants.

For a more leisurely shopping trip, look no further than Old Town where you'll discover countless treasures in charming shops and galleries. From there, meander down to the Lansing City Market for friendly local farmers and crafters who offer the freshest and most unique local products in the city.

The Eastwood Towne Center is a modern outdoor shopping plaza with a diverse group of appealing stores, a movie theatre, and variety of dining opportunities. With more than 100 popular stores, the Lansing Mall offers a shopping experience for the entire family. Frandor Center has nearly 50 merchants and is conveniently located next to MSU's campus and is a frequent venue for students, seniors, and family members.
