Current Design Project - Downtown – Washington Square and Ottawa Street
Phase V, Segment 2 of the Lansing Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Program will continue the sewer separation and rehabilitation of the Downtown Segmentation area. Two areas are being designed as part of this area. The first is Washington Square between Kalamazoo Street and Allegan Street. The second includes Ottawa Street between Grand Avenue and Capitol Avenue. The Ottawa Street and Washington Square projects will separate approximately 9 acres and eliminate 1,800 linear feet of combined sewer.
