Current Construction Project - Downtown Grand / Walnut
Phase IV, Segment 5 of the Lansing Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan will continue separation of the Southwest and North Central portions of the Downtown Segmentation area. Two areas are being designed as part of this project. The first is Grand Avenue between Shiawassee and St. Joseph Streets. The second includes Walnut Street from Shiawassee Street to Ottawa Street. The Grand Avenue and Walnut Street projects will separate approximately 18 acres and eliminate 4,000 LF of combined sewer
