Current Construction Project - 018 SW
Phase IV, Segment 5 of the Lansing Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan will complete sewer separation in the CSO Subarea 018 SW. The project area is generally bounded by Grand River Avenue to the north, Pennsylvania Avenue to the east, Saginaw Street to the south and Center Street to the west. This project will separate approximately 70 acres and eliminate approximately 6,400 linear feet of combined sewer. The major streets within this area include Larch Street, Oakland Avenue and Cedar Street.
