Recently Completed Project - 2007 Downtown Kalamazoo Street
Phase IV, Segment 4 of the Lansing Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan completed the separation of the southwest portion of the Downtown Segmentation area. The Kalamazoo Street and Seymour Street projects separated approximately 15 acres and eliminated 2,300 LF of combined sewer. The Kalamazoo Street segment area is bounded by Capitol Avenue to the west, and the Grand River to the east. The Seymour Street segment area is between Shiawassee Street to the north and Ottawa Street to the south.
