Recently Completed Project - 020
Phase IV of the Lansing Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan will complete sewer separation in the CSO Subarea 020. The 020 project area is generally bounded by Larch Street on the west, Michigan Avenue on the South, Saginaw Highway on the north, and Pennsylvania Avenue on the east. This project will separate approximately 82 acres and eliminate approximately 4,750 Ft of combined sewer. The major streets within this area include Shiawassee Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
