Recently Completed Project - 018 Southeast
Phase IV Segment 4 of the Lansing Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan completed sewer separation in the CSO Subarea 018SE. The project area is generally bounded by the CSX Railroad to the west, Grand River Avenue to the north, Clark Street to the east and Saginaw Street to the south. This project separated approximately 120 acres and eliminated 24,900 linear feet of combined sewer. The major streets within this area include Oakland Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue.
