Current Construction Project - 015 N
Phase V, Segment 1 of the Lansing Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan will complete sewer separation in the CSO Subarea 015 N. The project area is generally bounded by the Grand River to the north, Seymour Street to the east, Saginaw Street to the south and Westmoreland Avenue to the west. This project will separate approximately 151 acres and eliminate approximately 16,700 linear feet of combined sewer. The major streets within this area include Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Pine Street, Saginaw Street, Seymour Street, Walnut Street and Willow Street.
