Internal Affairs
The Internal Affairs Unit of the Lansing Police Department receives and investigates complaints about police personnel. All complaints are thoroughly investigated with the goal of assuring citizens receive appropriate, professional, and courteous police service. Citizens are welcome to stop by the Internal Affairs Office, located on the 2nd floor of the main police building (120 W. Michigan Ave.) between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, or they can call I.A. at (517)483-4804.
