Zoning and Ordinance Committee Information
The Zoning and Ordinance Committee reviews and makes recommendations on all petitions for rezoning, plats, Special Land Use permits, Planned Residential Development proposals, Lot Splits, non-conforming Class A petitions and other land use issues.
The Committee is composed of up to four members of the Planning Board.
