Urban Development Committee Information
The Urban Development Committee reviews all petitions, plans, referrals and recommendations regarding the Comprehensive Master Plan. Duties include review of all neighborhood plans, relocation plans, rehabilitation plans (CDBG), Capital Improvements Plans, requests for ACT 285 review, and requests for review and recommendation on specific land use topics such as housing, transportation, economic development, community facilities, and public services.
The Committee is composed of up to four members of the Planning Board.
