What does it cost?
New VIP Prox Card customers must invest at least $20 ($10 deposit on card and $10 value) to establish a balance, and more money can be placed on the card in $5 increments. 
How does it work?
The VIP Prox Card works like a debit card in the City's parking structures. Simply hold the VIP Prox Card in front of the card reader at the entrance to each structure.The display on each reader will show your remaining VIP ProxCard balance. Follow the same procedure when exit ing each structure, EVEN IF THE GATE IS UP. The card reader will automatically deduct the amount you used from your account and display your parking fee.Your VIP Prox Card will not work the next time you use it to enter unless you use it when you exit.
How do I renew my VIP Prox Card?
Your VIP Prox Card only needs to be renewed when your balance drops to $10. Visit, phone, fax or drop your payment into one of the Transportation and ParkingOffice drop boxes for quick and easy renewal.
What if the parking structure is closed when I exit?
You will receive a parking fee invoice. Write your VIP Prox Card number in the "remarks" section of the invoice, deposit the notice in the night drop-box when you exit the structure, and use your VIP Prox Card to exit the ramp, EVEN IF THE GATE IS UP.Your VIP Prox Card use for that evening's visit will be verified and the parking fee invoice will be voided.
