Downtown Resident Parking
The Parking Services Office recognizes that residents living in downtown lofts on or near Washington Square have special parking needs. That is why we designed a convenient and very affordable parking option.
We offer deeply discounted monthly permit parking at certain City of Lansing parking facilities for downtown resident parkers. Qualifying residents are eligible to receive 50% off the purchase of a monthly permit. A second monthly permit is available at a 75% discount!
