Historic Preservation Program
The City of Lansing offers financial incentives for the protection, retention, preservation and improvement of historically significant residential structures owned and occupied by income eligible households. Applicants must meet the same program income limits established for the Single Family Rehabilitation Programs. Improvements allowed are improvements to the exterior of the home in keeping with guidelines established by the US Secretary of the Interior.
