The Washington Park Ice Skating Complex is conveniently located 1.5 miles South of I-496 on Washington Avenue.  The air-inflated dome rink offers skating opportunities from November until early March. 

 

OPEN HOUSES

We will kick off the fall season with an open house at the rink on Sunday, November 1 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  We will also kick off the holiday season with another open house on Sunday, December 20.  Come see the dome, enjoy FREE skating, FREE skate rental, FREE skating mini-lessons, speed skating demonstrations and a community race for all ages.  We will also be collecting canned goods for the Greater Lansing Food Bank so stop down and have some fun!!

Stick & Puck

Need some extra practice working on your stick handling skills?

Join us for Stick & Puck practice times beginning the week after

Thanksgiving.

 

Monday and Wednesday  10:30-11:30 am

Fridays 4:00-5:30 pm

Other times will be made based on rink schedule, call 483-6037

Players under 18 must wear full hockey gear

ICE RINK RENTAL HOURS

The Ice Dome is available for your group to rent for skating parties, hockey and other ice rink activities.  Please call 483-6037 for more details.

SCHOOL AND CIVIC GROUPS

Your school, Lansing based non-profit organizations, and neighborhood organizations are encouraged to take advantage of special opportunities for use of the Dome.

 

HOLIDAY CAMPS

We will be offering special camps for kids over the holiday vacation weeks.  Camp 1 will be Monday-Wednesday December 21,22,23

Camp 2 will be Monday-Wednesday December 28,29,30

 

The camps will be held from 8:30-12:00 and will involve all sorts of different fun activities on the ice.  Come join the fun for noodle hockey, relay races and many other fun ways to spend time at the rink.

 

You can sign up for 1 day ($10) or all 3 days ($20).
