The Turner-Dodge House is a beautiful location to rent for your special day. Whether it is a wedding, reception, bridal shower, baby shower, gradulation open house, retirement party, office meeting/party, holiday event, reunion, birthday party, or other specieal event, we can accommodate your needs.

What Turner-Dodge Offers
Rental of the first floor includes the Music Room, Foyer, Receiving Room, Library, Dining Room and Kitchen only.
Rental of the entire house includes the first floor, the second floor meeting room, (guests may view the second floor furnished rooms), and third floor ballroom.
All rentals includes tables, chairs,use of our piano(s), and coat racks for inside use. A building supervisor will be on site.

CATERING POLICY: Open (use of kitchen is for staging only, not for cooking)

RENTAL FEE
First Floor Rental: $95 per hour with a minimum of two hours.
Entire House Rental: $145 per hour, minimum of three hours.
You must include preparation time caterers set up time, photographs, etc. Reservations are taken any day within the currant year or six months prior to the date of your event for the following year. An application form and half of your payment are required to reserve your rental.
