Walking through nature on a trail is a great way to stay in shape while enjoying the outdoors! It has been proven that getting outside into a natural setting can help you escape from the pressures of everyday life, while at the same time, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing anxiety. Following a trail can also be done while riding a bike, rollerblading and even running. The programs listed below are some opportunities through Lansing Parks and Recreation to follow a trail.
