The City of Lansing Golf Operation has the mission to provide quality golf opportunities for all residents, regardless of experience level at reasonable prices.  The addition of the driving range and learning center at the site of the former Sycamore Golf course now gives residents a place to learn the game at a facility designed for beginners (although not limited to beginners) to develop skills.

Many opportunities exist for young golfers at our facilities.  Our youth season pass scholarship program, funded by the Greater Lansing Amateur Golf Association and the Lansing Youth Recreation Fund, offers students an opportunity to play golf at greatly reduced rates.   We are proud to now be able to start offering youth instructional programs through the First Tee of Mid-Michigan at the Sycamore facility, providing golf skills and life skills experiences beginning in 2008.

For information on any issue related to the City of Lansing golf operation please give us a call.  We are always looking for leagues and outings, so if you would like help organizing an activity or just need to see if we can accommodate you tee-time needs we are here for your assistance.  The Golf Operations Office is located in the lower level of the Groesbeck Golf Course clubhouse.  We look forward to your call.
