Apple Butter Festival

Dates: October 20 & 21, 2007
Time:  11:00a.m.-4:00p.m.
Cost:   FREE

Description:  Travel back in time to the autumn days of the Pioneers and learn how to make tasty apple butter!
Help us stir our century old copper kettle full of bubbling hot apple butter.  Watch crafts people at Fenner display such skills as quilting, pottery, lace making, wool spinning, and homemade herbal soaps and lotions.
Activities for children during this event include candle dipping, and cider pressing!  Boy Scout Troop 180 always has something new for our visitors to see and do.
Don't forget to sample our delicious homemade apple butter, which is available for purchase. And, as always, plan to spend some time on the trails enjoying the fall color.
