Sports Officials/Referees - TEA -Temporary Employment

$6.25 to $15.00/per game (depending on experience) 

Education and Experience Requirements:  Must be at least 14 years of age with previous experience in the sport for which they will operate as a sports official/referee.  (In particular, baseball/softball umpires and scorekeepers.)

Job Description:  This position would be responsible for maintaining statistics and officiating for a certain sport (baseball, softball, volleyball, floor hockey), which requires knowledge of the sport with regard to rules, scoring, equipment needs and playing field. 

Physical Capacity Requirements and Work Environment:  This position requires the ability to walk, run, throw, stand, sit, speak, hear, blow a whistle, manual dexterity, crouch, visual acuity, and the ability to move quickly to get out of the way of players or ball/puck. This position requires the ability to lift 10 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.   The work associated with this position is outdoor work.
