Ball Park North
Ball Park North along with Market Place is part of a duo of projects proposed by Pat Gillespie. Ball Park North will be constructed between Cedar & Larch, south of Shiawassee and north of Olds Park. The development includes two four floor buildings and two six floor buildings. The two floor buildings, along Shiawassee will have underground parking with ground floor retail and office up above. The two six floor buildings, behind Olds Park have only been said to be mixed use with underground parking.
As part of this development a new street will be built between Cedar & Larch between the two floor buildings and Olds Park, it will line up approximately with Museum Drive.
