WELCOME TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES WEBSITE.....It is the mission of the Department of Human Resources to provide the best customer service to both our internal and external customers through our expertise in all areas of recruitment and hiring, benefits and payroll, employee and labor relations including safety, training and workers' compensation administration.
The Department of Human Resources is located on the 4th floor of City Hall where we provide direct assistance to City workers as well as the Community for which we serve. We provide support where necessary to the Mayor and all City Departments in the mutual interest of the City and its residents.
