Healthcare

Lansing has two main hospitals: McLaren Health Care and Sparrow Health System as well as other service providers. Michigan State University provides medical education and training through the College of Human Medicine and the College of Osteopathic Medicine and operates an outpatient clinic open to the public. Based out of Flint, McLaren Regional Medical Center is an affiliate of MSU's College of Human Medicine.

Sparrow Health Systems

Sparrow Health Systems is a nationally recognized health system that provides the people of mid-Michigan with quality, compassionate, accessible, and cost-effective care. About Sparrow:

Michigan State University

Michigan State University provides primary and specialty health care services to the general public through the MSU Colleges of Human Medicine, Nursing, and Osteopathic Medicine . Providers practice at clinic locations and hospitals throughout the greater Lansing area, and across the state of Michigan. The largest practice is the MSU Clinical Center, located on the MSU campus. This site offers multiple primary and specialty services, as well as a pharmacy, laboratory and radiology services.

Great Lakes Cancer Institute

The Great Lakes Cancer Institute (GLCI) is a joint venture between Michigan State University and McLaren Health Care. GLCI provides world-class cancer care and newly discovered treatment options to physicians and patients in communities throughout Michigan.
