03/22 - Mayor Virg Bernero today joined community partners in announcing the opening of the Lansing Financial Empowerment Center, which will provide free, one-on-one, professional financial counseling to an estimated 4,000 Lansing area residents over the next three years. The Center will help participants reach their financial goals, ranging from managing debt and avoiding financial scams to saving for a better life for themselves and their families.
