Message from the City Assessor
ATTENTION: Deadlines for making an appeal of your 2008 assessment to the Michigan Tax Tribunal are as follows
Residential Property - If you have appealed to the 2008 March Board of Review, please send a letter stating your desire to appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal by July 31, 2008.
Commercial/Industrial/Personal Property - Due to a change in state law, you do not need to have appealed to the March Board of Review to appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal. However, your petition to the Michigan Tax Tribunal must be by May 31, 2008.
