Personal Information Changes
It is the probationers responsibility to keep his/her Probation Officer informed of any change of address, job, new charges, home or cell phone number.
Call and leave a message with your Probation Officer about these changes because failure to notify your Probation Officer of these changes or providing inaccurate information may result in a probation violation.
