54a-District Cournt - Criminal Division
The Criminal Division processes misdemeanor cases from arraignment through sentencing and felony cases from arraignment through preliminary examination. Formal hearings on traffic and non-traffic statute violations and municipal civil infractions are also processed by the criminal division.
